Coreopsis "Nana"

Coreopsis auriculata (mouse-ear coreopsis) bears one to two inch flowers in late spring and early summer above fuzzy leaves with lobed bases lining one to two foot stems.  "Nana" is a creeping variety 4 to 6 inches tall.  Hardiness rating is zones 4-9.  It requires full sun, and is not fussy about soil, only excellent drainage.  Remove spent flowers to extend bloom time.  Coreopsis can be propogated from seed or by division in the spring.
